What To Expect as an RCFE Certified Administrator

Certified senior living administrators usually have an RCFE administrator certification and are typically qualified to assist elderly patients with the health care services they may require and help them with their everyday needs. Here is what you should know about the position. RCFE certification is often required in order to hold the position of administrator in a residential care facility for the elderly in California. According to regulation 87405, in order to become certified, you must be at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have the ability to provide the necessary care and supervision requirements set by the regulation.
